Bios
Cindy L. Dolan
CPA, CIC, CWCP, President & Chief Executive Officer

Cindy leads our senior management team and is responsible for the development and implementation of our corporate mission and strategy. She has over 25 years experience in insurance, and public and private accounting, and currently serves on the Board of Hospital Insurance Forum (HIF), a non-profit association of hospital and physician-owned professional liability insurance companies.
Cindy is past President of the Louisiana Association of Self-Insured Employers (LASIE), an association that promotes and protects the rights of Louisiana businesses to self insure their workers’ compensation programs. In 2003, she co-authored and served as course instructor for the LASIE Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional Program.
A licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, Cindy also holds the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, and received her CPA designation in 1985. Cindy is a member of various professional organizations, including the Louisiana State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
